Immersive Labs Immersive Labs are the cyber skill experts. We are transforming the way people learn cyber skills by engaging their curiosity and unleashing their potential with content informed by real-world events and threats. Immersive Labs is made up of a game-changing team building a game-changing platform. In the past two years, Immersive Labs has gone from a one-man-band to a family of over 180 like-minded professionals. Our success would not be possible without the determination and hard work of our people, so it makes sense that we return the favour by helping them be the best they can be by fostering an exceptional physical and cultural environment. Our Bristol office sits just off Bristol Bridge – a stone’s throw away from Castle Park and a short walk to Temple Meads station – ideal for those living in the city centre or further afield. Our EMEA HQ also has the added benefit of being less than five minute’s walk away from Broadmead (the city’s shopping district), some of the best eateries around, an abundance of yoga studios and gyms and a limitless supply of pubs and bars for your Friday night unwind. Whatever you want to get up to before, during or after your working day, we’ve got you covered! Working in Engineering We are a group of diverse, passionate and highly experienced developers creating high quality and performant platform. You will be given the autonomy to create what is needed in collaboration with your team, whilst having many career opportunities by working with like-minded, highly capable professionals and taking on responsibilities as Immersive Labs continues to grow. We work as a collection of delivery teams in an Agile way to deliver new features each sprint. You’ll be part of the planning, refinement and collaboration required at each stage of the process for delivery, discussing the best way to solve the problem at hand. We have weekly team meetings where we take the opportunity to discuss the technologies we use and how we put them into place and often take a deep dive into a subject matter of choice. We also encourage self-study during the working time so that you can take control of your learning and professional development.
