For our client in the retail industry based near Schiphol we are looking for an proactive, motivated and experienced business partner who has the ability to drive change and to provide support to the Sales and eCommerce teams throughout the EMEA region.. Main Responsibilities: Case-manage and deliver trusted HR advice on a wide range of referred employee relations issues using appropriate policies. Provide comprehensive advice on policies and procedures and challenge managers about their actions. To guide, support and manage line managers through all HR situations including disciplinary, grievance, flexible working requests, appeals, end of fixed term contracts, redundancy, retirement, redeployment, employment status, capability and facilitation situations. Support HR Manager in development, implementation and communication of HR processes, policies and guidance to managers / employees. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Educated to higher education level or relevant professional qualification with at minimum a Master's degree education in Human Resources or related discipline. 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably at least 3 years in HRBP in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to translate HR knowledge into practical commercial solutions Good knowlegde of English Language Excellent personal presence and impact Strong communication and networking skills Creative approach to problem solving Flexible in style and scope of work, so that able to accommodate a variety of different customers, projects and attitudes and adjust their approach accordingly Team Player
