Duties and Responsibilities · Create, write and revise Work Instructions (WIs), work processes, user manuals, maintenance / troubleshooting guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and operation manuals. · Prepare drawings / illustrations / photographs for training materials and other technical publications. · To work closely with respective process engineers & production personnel, in order to understand the actual production processes for technical documentation preparation. · To ensure all written contents are aligned with the standard work processes · To review and improve existing technical documents for usability. · To ensure all finalized technical writing projects are comprehensive and user-friendly. · To ensure all technical documents are updated from time to time. · To conduct related training sessions as required by management. · Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS A. Qualification and Experience · Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Mechatronic) or equivalent. · At least 5 years’ relevant working experience is required for this position. · Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other photo editing software. · Demonstrate high proficiency in AutoCAD would be an added advantage. · Competent person in Train the Trainer (TTT) would be an added advantage. · Demonstrate excellent analytical skill, written, verbal and organization skills. · Able to explain highly technical and complex processes in simple languages that can be easily understood by all level of staff. · Research and interview skills are required for gathering and analyzing information. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 to RM4,500.00 /month Experience: Trainer: 4 years (Preferred)
