We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to expand their leadership skills in a rural setting. Using your sound clinical knowledge and organisational skills, you will work in conjunction with senior leaders to be part of the development, implementation and maintenance of innovative pharmacy services. Key responsibilities: Oversee clinical and pharmaceutical supply services to the hospital Being involved in the strategic planning and operations of all aspects of the pharmacy Motivate, guide and lead our pharmacy team to provide exceptional healthcare services Ensure the business operates profitably and meets KPI’s Ensure the business complies with legislation and contractual obligations and continuously improves its services Participate in hospital committee meetings The person we are looking to hire: We are seeking an enthusiastic Pharmacist who is keen to further enhance their management skills to lead a dynamic team.
