Reporting directly to PCM Manager, within the team of Product Cost Management, the candidate will manage the evaluation of new cost estimates, bill of material, process and investments cost, as well as the processes in order to propose the best cost evaluation for new business or changes to the current production based on customer requests. The person will be responsible for the following activities: Developing product cost (full cost) from concept design up to the production phase using existing DB Leading processes for product cost estimation Managing Cost analysis (full cost) for subsequent modification for product in current production using existing DB Know-How acquisition, methodologies development and tools improvement used currently to analyse the cost based on historical data, quotation from suppliers and benchmarking Developing cost reduction strategies and ideas Team working with diverse cross functional, global, and virtual teams and stakeholders Position Requirements High school / Graduate in technical or economics subjects Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint Good knowledge of SAP and competencies in 2D drawing (Autocad) Good knowledge of spoken and written English Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills Time flexibility, capacity of problem solving with accuracy in analysis Proactive approach and adaptability
