Logistics Analyst - (2000000D) Description JOB SUMMARY Responsible for scheduling all outbound and inbound deliveries for multiple warehouses including complying with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations on oversize loads. Interfaces with field contractors and supervisors as main point of contact for delivery requests to support field maintenance and capital activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and monitors daily/weekly outbound deliveries from the warehouses. Maintains all activities in work management system. Interfaces with field operations on delivery requests and concerns. Responsible for coordinating inbound deliveries to all the warehouses. Coordinates weekly material replenishment deliveries from main warehouse. Responsible for obtaining oversized permits o Knowledge of heavy equipment. o Understanding of State and Local transportation laws. o DOT compliance. o Single and annual move permits. o Emergency permitting. Reviews and reports last minute deliveries. Addresses inbound delivery issues with Supply Chain and vendors. Develops 30-day delivery forecast for inbound and outbound material. Monitors equipment rental activities scheduled in work management system. Interface with fleet management systems to track ITC assets. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or other business-related field preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a business related field. Utility experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Time management skills especially during period of peak workloads.
