IT Alliance Australia is immediately looking for multiple Talent Acquisition consultants to join our expanding team in Gurgaon. We are looking for freshers, Recruiters, Senior Recruiters as well as lead recruiters. Shift Timings: 6 AM - 3:00 PM (Australian shift) Working Days: 5 (weekends off) Work Location: Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate/ Less than 15 Days Required skills: Fresher level to 10 years of experience in executing IT recruitment for multiple roles. Excellent in English communication Should be excellent in building and nurturing relationships in industry Understand client needs and address within defined TAT Experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment, either in-house or in an agency environment. Experience with Social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc) is required Experience in international hiring is advantageous. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral). Freshers with no experience are also welcome.
