Purpose of the job To perform IT support and maintenance activities on the organization’s infrastructure and end-user IT facilities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and successful delivery of maintenance and projects. Key Responsibilities: Network and Communication support, Microsoft and Office back-end support, End-User Desktop Support, IT Operational Support. Minimum Qualitfications: Matric with National Diploma in Information Technology/ Information System or relevant IT Qualification form an accredited educational institution A+ or equivalent industry qualification N+ or equivalent industry qualification Windows Server and Active Directory management experience Working experience supporting ICT Infrastructure and its associated technologies. Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyse, resolve problems and perform root cause analysis Understanding of available technologies and features Solid understanding of infrastructure solutions according to the technology and system architectures Attention to detail Organised and result driven Customer and relationship focus Initiative Teamwork Please Note If you do not receive a reply within two (2) weeks of the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
