RESPONSIBILITIES The work scope will be evolved based on the working ability, operation needs and learning curve with millions of missions waiting for your development. Shadow and assist HR/AD Director in daily global operation duties of the back office, mainly in Vietnam and Singapore and coordinate with colleagues in Shanghai case by case based on the work assignment. Sales coordination for payment collection: Create sales order online once a contract is made Follow up customer payments Coordinate with relevant Team Leaders to edit and send invoices and fapiaos from XERO/ODOO system, as well as updating the cash flow forecast in almost real-time. Help with contract storage in team Drive Attend finance meetings weekly to present the payment timeline of clients Supporting other affairs concerning payments, clients, reports Office finance supports Singapore and Vietnam: Daily office expenses spending, recording, coordinating with the finance team and outsource accounting company for the report on a weekly basis as well as support the schedule and banking input for payments Coordinate with outsourcing accounting firm to verify the data and record The work scope will be evolved based on the working ability, operation needs and learning curve with millions of missions waiting for your development.
