Job Description To provide a high quality service to the Client Services Teams, helping to ensure all deliverables are met and to assist in payment, client database administration and RS package processes within your team, and conduct all work in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures. Obtain sound knowledge of the administration processes, and develop the key skills required to become a reliable member of the team. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing work to agreed internal deadlines to the expected standard Knowledge of all banking systems including a good understanding of different client payment processes Knowledge of deadlines and deliverables and early escalation of issues to DPT Team Leader Minimise risk to IQ EQ by following procedures and checklists Be proactive in identifying development and training requirements Qualifications Good academic track record Intermediate Word and Excel skills Comfortable communicating with individuals in a professional manner Strong ownership of tasks Can do attitude, ability to cope with tight deadlines and working under pressure Attention tdoe tail Strong team ethic DESIRED Work experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills Basic Accounts payable / Bank payments experience Additional Information At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
