Key Responsibilities To take on day to day responsibility for the management of research projects: Coordinating all stages – from commission to successful completion. Delivering projects on time, to budget and in line with client expectations. Design and creation of all first drafts of research materials. Proficient in the development of screeners, questionnaires and DGs. Ensuring all data quality checks and ISO 20252 standards are achieved. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruiting/fieldwork. Strong analytical skills, including: Excellent writing ability to author report deliverables. Creating accurate, visual, insightful presentations. Preparation of report deliverables; incl. top line, executive summaries & detailed PPT findings. All with minimal guidance from senior staff. Experience presenting results to clients in a persuasive way. Able to work on and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. Client servicing Able to demonstrate sector knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Maintaining excellent relations with clients & suppliers. To support the sales’ team in their pitch processes and contribute to developing key accounts through proactive account management. Target utilisation of 15% on marketing activity. Including: Keeping in touch with existing clients between projects. Finding insights to share with prospective clients & asking for referrals. Writing sections of research proposals/responding to RFPs. Able to interpret and challenge client briefs. Support development of innovative approaches to meet client needs. Writing and/or distributing newsletters and articles. Social media activity e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter. Attending networking events. To work as part of a committed & dedicated team; delivering high quality service to all clients. In turn maximizing client retention and team development. Skills & Experience Essential: Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent Experience of a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Experience of working within the pharmaceutical / healthcare research sector, some of which will have been gained within an agency environment. Proven ability to coordinate projects throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to interpret numerical data, including SPSS, Q or similar software skills. Ability to analyse / synthesise qualitative data, incl. transcripts & recordings. Clear, succinct writing skills – able to go beyond the research to deliver key insights. Proven ability to manage and enhance client and supplier relationships. Strong communication skills. The ability to demonstrate this both verbally & written. Ability to absorb new information and keep up to date on industry advancements. Line management and/or training experience - desirable but not essential.
