Job Summary Manager Finance will be responsible for smooth running of accounting operations. Providing financial planning, assist in strategic decision making, team management. In addition, this role shall provide detailed MIS reporting, continuous process improvements and monitoring, and ideas on how to create efficiencies at scale as the business grows Responsibilities and Duties ** Only Male candidates from Manufacturing industry only ** Ensuring smooth execution of accounting and finance operation on day to day basis. * Managing work of direct reportees on daily basis * Manage the accounting, taxation and compliance activities. * SAP Implementation & ensure smooth running along with correct capturing of cost centres and running various reports like SAP dash-board etc. * Monthly on time accounting Closures for MIS preparation * Managing & providing details for internal & statutory audits * Assist in preparation of Annual Budget & tracking * Ensuring statutory compliance related to Direct & Indirect Taxation & liaising with consultant * Cash flow management & Monitor banking activities including BG related operation matters * Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable * Coordinate Correct and Timely processing of payroll. * Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement * Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company * Drive the team and functional partners to better outcomes through clear communication of performance and synthesis of results Help drive process improvement and efficiency across processes * Deliver to ad-hoc finance support as and when required Key Skills Strong hands on experience in MS Excel, Word, PPT and Company ERP module i.e. SAP Business one., SAP Business one knowledge is must Required Experience and Qualifications Master’s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Accounts and Finance & CA would be preferred * Initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement is essential to the success of this role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly and exceed expectations as well as deliver wellprepared, substantive, focused presentations to senior management Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹700,000.00 to ₹1,000,000.00 /year Experience: work: 3 years (Required) total work: 3 years (Required) Finance: 3 years (Required) Education: Master's (Required) Industry: Production & Manufacturing Job Duties: Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews Budgets Internal audits for policy adherence Presenting budgets and reports to upper management
