The Computer Services Operator basic responsibility is to group transmission and finalizes batches for production, send transmission confirmations and return files. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Monitor necessary servers Process jobs for production Maintain Computer Services Logs Change and rotate system backup tapes Communicate pertinent information to the department supervisor/Manager and Operators throughout the day and during shift change Adhere to ISO 9000 specifications and requirements Finalize jobs for billing IT production support Position is for 3rd Shift The specific statements shown in this description are not intended to be all -inclusive.
