You will be working with our team across a number of industries. Responsibilities include: Business development – acquiring new clients across NSW including Central coast and Newcastle locations Account Management – build up key relationships with multiple stakeholders Site visits and inspections – including Work, Health and Safety inspections Recruitment – Advertising, Sourcing, interviewing, selecting candidates (individuals looking for work) Headhunting for specific roles Internal hiring for ICombined360 Services Working to KPIs and targets. Assisting ad-hoc tasks across our Traffic Management business Performance reviews with both clients and candidates About You Confident and energetic personality Proven experience working with KPIs and targets Sales and account management experience Ability to build up strong relationships with a range of stakeholders. Driver's Licence Attention to detail Team player Brilliant communication both verbal and written Most importantly we are looking for someone who knows how to work in a team, prides themselves in their quality of work and is highly dependable.
