About the role: As Financial Controller you are accountable for the day to day operation of the Finance and Purchasing department, providing financial support to the business, simplifying work systems and assisting all other hotel teams in the interpretation and analysis of revenue and cost matters. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to: Setting clear financial strategies and goals to enhance colleague and guest experience Handle all insurance, audit tax, contractual and legal issues Responsible for the budget and cost control in line with the hotel business plan Assist hotel teams in managing costs Responsible for monthly financial reporting Qualifications Ideally you have already gained work experience in the same or similar role, preferably within a prestigious hotel environment.
