Adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral, this 234-bedroom 4 Star property includes the Liberties Gate Restaurant & Bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre. Role responsibilities include: To be the first point of contact for all conference, banqueting and event enquiries via telephone, email and walk-ins. To follow up with client via phone after sending quote in order to build relationship with client To pose proactive skill set in our conference, banquet and events space along with consideration of bedrooms and food & beverage department Support transient bedroom booking process and liaise closely with front office team Manage and control the bookings diary, issuing & updating the Daily Detail Report & efficiently communicate to all department Meet clients and conduct show rounds of the hotel Work closely with Sales department and chase new leads and pending enquiries Provide event management advise and direction to your clients leveraging your knowledge of the hotel and it's services. Liaise with event organisers up to, during, and after their events to ensure customer satisfaction. Handling leisure, local and group phone enquiries demonstrating a proficiency and skill in dealing with the needs of each enquiry and optimising conversion. Efficient usage of the hotel property management system and the central reservations systems ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
