Roles & Responsibilities Planning, controlling and coordinating of M&E works at construction sites. Render support to M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of projects. Plan, execute and supervise M&E and civil structure works; ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations. Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges. Ensure good document control and filing. Coordinate and work closely with client, sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues. Oversee and ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s). Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board). Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Independent, resulted-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills. Class 3 driving license will be added advantage.
