The F&B Manager works as part of an APAC F&B team and will work closely with the Global Food Service Manager supporting the management of service delivery and operational delivery relating to micro kitchen services and meal solutions in SG and across APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing micro kitchen services in our SG office and across an APAC portfolio in addition to supporting Global Food Service Program delivery within APAC. Support APAC offices in operations relating to micro kitchen services and meal solutions. Working with the vendor in each office to manage the monthly budgets accordingly. Requirement to travel and set travel requirement to spot check satellite offices across APAC Establish, manage, and maintain all vendor relationships - including regular vendor evaluations of product quality, invoice accuracy, delivery accuracy, regular price comparisons, and service level. Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety guidelines are managed correctly and in line with local requirements. Responsible for maintaining good repair of all MK (Micro Kitchen) equipment by raising tasks with the facilities team as required and liaising with MK vendors accordingly. Assessing current pricing and margin performance while reviewing supplier pricing at MK level to ensure best products, maximum offer and best price Monitor and respond appropriately to culinary feedback. Assist with new office opening and expansions. Acting as a coach, mentor and motivator to the wider team.
