About the job In the role as a Technology Manager you will take active ownership for a Technology domain (Application, Infrastructure, Technology), that is be the owner of standards, procedures and documentation for the domain. Your main task also includes providing technical and application specific expertise. Focus areas includes: Intune SCCM Deployment Client hardware Client software Citrix Your main tasks Initiate and control upgrades, changes, enhancements and decommissioning for the domain. Work as Architect, accountable for translating requirements into the architecture for that solution and describing it through architecture and design artifacts, that ultimately constitute the blueprint for the solution and are in line with the service strategy. Support & maintain service commitments together with Service Manager. Secure that the services deliver according to demand and agreed service commitments. Sign off for Service Introduction from Projects within the specified Technology domain. Advise and approve design proposals and projects from a domain point of view Keep updated and develop knowledge in responsible domain and relevant processes. Manage and assist sourced partner to optimize the service delivery including release, capacity, asset management, IT Security etc. Assist in requirements gathering and quality assurance. This position is located in Huskvarna but we are open to discuss other flexible options within Sweden. Job Requirements: Your profile To succeed in this role we believe you are structured, focused and appreciate to work in a team and in cross different technology areas. You have a minimum of +5 years’ experience of practicing solution or enterprise architect and preferably within the end-user service domain. Desired qualifications and characteristics Experience from complex projects/programs in a multi-market/international set-up, communicating with different stakeholders internally and externally. Certifications in Windows and deployment are required. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate is a merit.
