We are currently working with a highly successful building consultancy who due to a high volume of current projects require an Architectural Technician. The role would offer career development and ongoing training support. The practice has multiple offices based across the region offering a range of services including Architectural design, Planning, Surveying, Engineering and Project management. Due to several residential and commercial projects they require an Architectural Technician to join the team. Role & Responsibilities Produce planning application drawings and develop further detailed stages suitable for Building Regulation applications, tender and construction Liaise with clients and other consultants to develop designs and prepare documentation for tender purposes, including specification writing Oversee construction works on site and liaise with clients and contractors to produce complete building projects. Required Skills & Experience Fully qualified as an Architectural Technician with a relevant degree Possess a minimum of 2 years professional working experience Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop Experience with residential projects would be essential Commercial project experience would be advantages Due to location you would require your own transport.
