We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development/Learning and Development professional to join our Human Resources team as a senior member to develop and deliver our programs. You will bring with you extensive knowledge and you will deploy your experience in reshaping culture across the organisation, creating both organisation and local initiatives to embed constructive and collaborative behaviour. To be successful you will need to demonstrate: Experience in organisational development or training and development, and qualifications in a similar or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience to lead Learning and Development/Organisational Development projects aimed at building the capacity of the organisation.
