About the Opportunity Hamish Price Architects is a design practice focused on delivering contextually responsive design outcomes for their clients. This successful practice is residential focused and continues to grow, providing an opportunity for a Graduate Architect to join the team. This role will provide you with an opportunity to: Lead and manage projects from start to completion Work with clients to understand their aspirations and vision Use your innovative and creative approach to design delightful residences Incorporate environmentally conscious design principles Liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders As Graduate Architect you will have the opportunity to work on residential new builds, extensions and heritage alterations. Mentoring is a strong focus in this team, and you can expect to quickly develop your capability, supported by a highly experienced Principal Architect who is well connected to contemporary practice. Ideally this is a full-time role but flexibility can be considered. About You You have 2 to 3 years post-graduate experience, preferably in a small to medium-sized practice, working on residential projects. You are driven to build your career in the residential sector, eager to engage with clients, and keen to lead your own projects. You are: An excellent communicator who can engage effectively with clients and builders Genuinely interested in environmentally sustainable design Competently able to use AutoCAD and SketchUp Known for your meticulous and accurate drafting skills Able to develop visual presentations of design concepts using Photoshop / Illustrator or similar About Our Client Hamish Price leads this successful practice, with extensive experience and a passion for mentoring and developing his team.
