About the Role At Humanitarian Operations, we do things a little differently. We are done with corporate hierarchies and work in an agile, start-up, fashion. We’re looking for someone who is driven and passionate.The primary function of a Sales Executive is to generate revenue on the front line for the organisation. Additionally, to the right people that want to learn how to manage projects and effective delivery, we offer Management and Leadership development that addresses knowledge, skills and confidence. Basic Qualifications You must be an excellent communicator, articulate and well-spoken. You must be persistent and not afraid of rejection. You must have a confident and strong telephone voice. You must be confident meeting customers face to face. Research on Business potential clients Preferred Qualifications You must be a strong negotiator. You must be a strong closer. You must be goal driven and able to deliver results. You will be based in our office in Southwark. Full training provided Management and Leadership development provided You must be living in or around London in order to travel to our offices easily if employed. Who are we? Humanitarian Operations (HOPE) started as a ‘First Responder Disaster Relief Agency’ on September 1st, 2004, when the Bahamian Government became overwhelmed by the disaster and destruction caused by Hurricane Frances. The team has operated and provided much needed assistance in every major disaster location since its formation, including: the Haitian Earthquake, the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina and the floods in India. It is impossible to quantify the number of lives that have been saved. Humanitarian Operations is now branching into our second mission; to eradicate educational inequality. We aim to make education widely available to every child in the world, regardless of their background or location, and without prejudice. We are growing our team and looking for like-minded individuals to bring their skills to push our mission forward.
