Services we provide include auditing HR systems, establishing tailored HR frameworks, recruitment, staff performance reviews, performance management, redundancies and terminations as well as complex advice on Award and industrial relations issues. Our clients are diverse, from large corporations through to small businesses with just a handful of staff. Our service excellence to clients is consistent. About you To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change and changing priorities. You will be able to demonstrate Practical, hands on HR experience or recent HR Graduate (if you're still studying but want to work FT, that's OK too!) IT savvy Strong Writing ability - be able to draft client correspondence Exceptional Word design skills (experience or an interest in graphic design would be advantageous), exceptional formatting skills Ability to learn and apply new concepts rapidly Strong communication skills - this role answers the phone and is the first point of contact for all clients that come into the office Excellent verbal communication skills Job Type: Full-time Experience: Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred) Work Eligibility: The candidate can work permanently with no restriction on hours (Required)
