Roles & Responsibilities [Key Duties] Manages HSO Global IT Budget and Actual Develops and maintains Business IT solution roadmap and midterm strategy for HSO Provides Project updates and tasks update to internal stakeholders on progresses of IT projects Provide leadership and coaching to team members Manage, maintain and ensure HSO Global IT policy Collaborate with Corporate IT strategy and provide HSO IT strategy Ensure compliance of IT regulations in security, quality and environmental prospective (i.e. Local/county laws, ISO 19001, ISO 14000 and etc) [Responsibilities] Manages Business requirements for HSO Responsible for drafting of Business case and managing IT Projects requests for HSO Responsible for IT Vendor management to ensure quality service delivery on time and on budget Provides Solution proposals to meet users and business requirements Conducts solution evaluation and participates in solution reviews Manages Business expectation and alignment Explore Innovative Solutions and Processes Improvements Manage all IT project status and resources allocation. Manages all IT related communication Manages Business expectation and alignment [Functional Competency] Strong understanding the latest IT applications especially Dynamics 365 and AX2012. Experience in implementing sales and marketing solutions by ERP system. e.g. Sales force automation, websites, ecommerce, EDI, CRM, DWH and BI. Understanding of network structure and infrastructure setting Strong understanding system development life cycle and web technologies. Able to negotiate and manage IT suppliers and third party solution providers with a good understanding of MS Dynamics AX and Microsoft suite of applications [Core leadership Competency] Excellent communication skills and IT Business Partnering skills for both IT and Non-IT internal stakeholders Strong vendor management skills Strong meeting facilitator Strong Team Management Skills [Experience] Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT management and ERP design and implementation Minimum 10 headcount team management skills Minimum 10 man/months project management skills System development and implementation experience in Medical device / equipment industry
