Summary/Objectives: V.P. of Engineering is responsible for the planning and execution of all engineering, construction and project management tasks within the organization. The position will manage and align all project development initiatives with a focus on strategic priorities, day-to-day management of simultaneous projects, delivering manufacturable designs to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and fostering innovative solutions to customer needs. Primary Responsibilities Engineering Leadership and Technical Skills Lead and mentor a team of engineers, project managers and related personnel. Ability to recruit, develop and retain top engineering talent. Lead the vision, strategy and direction of the company Engineering teams. Monitor engineering performance regarding overall cost-effectiveness, quality and productivity. Develop and implement engineering standards, design and construction specifications. Work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to achieve overall goals of the organization. Oversee all team activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering. Masters’ in Business Administration is a plus. A minimum of 15 years in engineering with at least 10 years leading and managing technical teams. Extensive knowledge and experience in oil and gas midstream project design, engineering, construction and operations. Strong working knowledge of current industry regulations. Good financial and business acumen.
