HotDoc was founded in 2012 by Dr Ben Hurst, who saw the opportunity to streamline how GPs and patients communicate. Since then, we’ve become Australia’s largest patient engagement platform, trusted by over 17,000 GPs and 4 million patients. Today, we help clinics improve efficiency and better connect with their patients through tools like online appointments, recalls, reminders, results, new patient registration and check-in.
