We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Horbury Group as a Project Manager, where you’ll control and manage the safe delivery of large construction projects; time, procurement and client interface. About the role You’ll ensure safe working practices and safety procedures are fully implemented across the site/project/contract. Managing liaisons, interfaces and contacts with client site management such that positive and ongoing customer relationships are maintained. Managing the Site Management team, monitoring site agent progress and providing direct assistance and support as necessary. Ensuring that all additional work is identified and the commercial team are issued with these. Chairing site meetings inclusive of progress meetings, safety meetings, project reviews with the customer/subcontractors and issuing relevant meeting minutes to Line Management. About you To be successful in this role you’ll have experience of working in a similar construction position with relevant technical and industry specific knowledge, in addition to the below skills and experience. CSCS Card L3 NVQ in Site Supervision Previous experience in construction within Drywall and external packages Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders Computer literate About us Horbury was originally formed in 1992 and initially specialised in drylining and fire protection business.
