Roles & Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Logistic operation (On Duty) Manage and plan the work schedule for the two In-house launches. Optimize the daily operation of Company launches and assign third party launches where unavoidable Liaise with Purchasers and Suppliers on supply of stores, spares loading and off-landing from vessel Liaise with Crewing personnel and vessel on crew change related matter, CTM and provision supply. Liaise with Operation team for any other Logistic operation support Liaise with Logistic forwarder for loading and off-loading activities from launches. Focal point for daily launch transportation to and from vessel. (Operation team, Contractors, Cargo Officer, Office Personnel, HLM Engineers) Invoice verification from forwarder, third party launch services, loading port services. Collection of delivery orders after completion of delivery of stores, spares and provision to send to office for billing or verification process 24 hours standby to provide logistic support to operations teams Prepare monthly Launches Performance & Operating Expenditure report for Management review. Not limited to stewardship report and budget review at main office. Plan, coordinate and attend to Annual and Special Survey. Not limited to attending vessel at dry dock. Plan, coordinate and implement regular maintenance as per equipment manufacturer recommendations Plan and execute repair works to Launches in the most optimal way Raise the purchase and work orders to suppliers and ensure that the purchasing procedures are compiled accordingly Maintain Launch Equipment, Spares parts and Consumable inventory Any others duties as assigned by Workshop Manager and Management 2. Logistics Operations (OFF Duty) Responsible for the daily in and out of warehouse inventories. Oversee all warehousing operations / activities such as receiving, storing, picking and shipping Manage, plan, organize, direct and control day to day all warehousing activities. Manage and plan daily deployment of vehicles and drivers efficiently for all jobs to accomplish in timely manner. Need to undertake deliveries based on ops needs in the event of manpower shortage or surge in delivery orders. Any others duties as assigned by Supervisor and Workshop Manager JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Preferably 1 - 2 years relevant experience in marine sector. Preferably to have a valid Class 4 driving license and clean traffic record. Computer literate with emphasis on MS office and Email. Meticulous, ability to multi task and a good team player Able to work in fast paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic Preferably Singaporeans
