Responsibilities Work with solution supplier support team, get in contact with customer from other overseas countries Participate in automation projects and implementation work Assisting project and technical engineers in integration of new systems Pro-actively monitor and review solution components Liaise with Solution supplier to diagnose and report on problems Provide day-to-day first line and second line end-user support to local and global customers Requirements Degree holder in IT/ Computer Sciences or related discipline Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in solution support and troubleshooting of IT solution is required Experience in logistics/ Automation background is an advantage Active, self-discipline, strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility and service-oriented. Hands-on in Implementing WMS software is required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and being a good team player.
