We're looking for successful Hosting Partners to join our awesome Adelaide team. If you're highly self-directed, detail oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results to guests utilising Airbnb for their travels then this role is for you! Every day is different for Hometime Hosting Partners so this is exciting opportunity for those who enjoy a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. The right person for this role would like to have their own small business caring for a portfolio of 5-15+ properties. The role requires a dedicated hospitality professional who is capable of housekeeping and maintaining a number of Adelaide homes to a high standard whilst simultaneously managing guest communications and reservations via the Airbnb App. The role rewards business owners with a dedicated cleaning fee per property and a split of monthly management fees, the sky is the limit in terms of earning potential! Successful Candidates will be able to prove the following: Experience in detailed commercial or hospitality cleaning. An availability to work anytime of the day and any day of the week. (This position requires weekend and after-hours work.) Willingness to work hard with high standards and attention to detail. Own a decent sized and reliable vehicle. Owner of a Registered Company (ACN) or keen to start-one! Own a recent model smart phone. Cleaning equipment. The following would be considered strongly desirable: You already have your own cleaning business and are motivated to take on a fresh opportunity and challenge. Experience in hospitality or customer service in a management or 2IC level. An understanding of, and passion for, Airbnb. Tech savvy with a passion for learning. Entrepreneurial Spirit. Current National Police Check or willing to provide one.
