Deputy Director / Head (Culture) The Culture team spearheads Organisational Development efforts for the Home Team Science & Technology Agency Board (HTX). As the leader of the team, you will develop a strategy for how we can bring diverse teams together and build up a new culture and identity that supports innovation, collaboration, excellence, and continuous self-development. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and his senior management team to identify and spearhead initiatives, platforms and processes to enhance employee engagement and organisational health. Your work will be entwined with the HR team, with everyone working together to ensure that recruitment, people development, and performance management frameworks align with the culture we are building. Key partners within HTX include the Strategic Communications team to shape our internal communications and maintain a single coherent internal and external branding, as well as the Plans & Strategy team. Job Requirements: Tertiary qualifications, with at least 7 years of OD experience Deep understanding of OD, demonstrated by a combination of previous work experience and formal certifications. Good analytical skills and extremely strong communication skills Self-starter and good at working with partners Comfortable discussing ideas with and giving honest feedback to senior management Able to switch between developing overall strategy, managing vendors, guiding a small team, and intervening directly to run small-scale workshops and focus group discussions All appointees will be on a 2-year contract.
