Roles & Responsibilities Reports to the Contracts Manager Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts Requirements Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering 2 years’ relevant experience with the contractors. Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior QS Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered Detailed, with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline Fresh graduates are welcome
