Work Locations : Hilton Darwin 32 Mitchell Street Darwin 800 The Front Office All Rounder is responsible for assisting our Guests for the duration of their stay in all areas of the Front Office, including Reception, Rooms, Executive Lounge and Concierge What will I be doing? As a Front Office All Rounder, you will be responsible for handling guest luggage and responding to all guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests Check in and check out Retrieve and transport guest luggage Concierge activities Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment Assist in the Executive Lounge Deliver guest amenities to rooms Ensure all Lobby, Pool and Public Areas are always well presented Work closely with the Laundry and Housekeeping to ensure all Rooms are fully presented prior to Guest arrival Ensure all Pantries are fully stocked What are we looking for?
