What does the role involve? At Hilti, we work a little differently. We have a direct sales model which allows us to ensure a high-level customer interaction at every encounter. We love our customers! As the Financial Accountant you’ll be part of our small finance team in Ireland, working closely with our Shared Service Centre in Manchester, UK. You’ll report directly to the CFO and work within a customer centric, direct sales Organisation. Day to day, you will be responsible for participation in monthly management accounts preparation, identifying and driving process improvements, completion of month end/quarter end payroll bonus reports, quarterly forecasting, validation that internal controls are implemented and operational, preparation of financial information for management and stakeholders and additional tasks as required. You will demonstrate initiative, drive and a deadline centric approach.
