JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA Help build and manage a scalable and reliable HR Shared Services Team Manage and continually improve the HR services that support various CIC Companies primary in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits Administration Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality services by consistently meeting SLA targets, making process improvements, leveraging on technology and developing talent within the team Partner with CBSI SLT and other management members in building organizational capability Work with CIC Division HRBP’s in delivering services to employees and resolving issues QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCES At least 10 years managerial experience as an HR Generalist or similar role College degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS database PHR/SPHR certification a plus Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to present to Senior Management team Strong interpersonal skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality. Highly organized and self-motivated. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php150,000.00 /month Experience: management: 10 years (Preferred)
