Administrator at growing training company, based in an industrial setting Part Time 25 hours per week, Salary £14,333.33 per annum We are looking for a part time Administrator to work within a successful plumbing and gas training centre – CK Assessment and Training Ltd. The overall purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative support to the plumbing and gas teams, the Executive Director and our customers and to assist in the smooth running of the business. Duties include organising the delivery of Gas Courses, sending confirmations for courses that are booked, responding to telephone enquiries, processing supplier invoices and setting up supplier payment runs, chasing for payments when overdue and ensuring that all essential office supplies and consumables are ordered in a timely and cost effective manner. To be considered for this role you must have good verbal and written communication skills, a working knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office applications and an excellent telephone manner. Ideal candidates will also have a good level of Maths, English and IT (GCSE grade 4 or above in maths and English preferred), together with a flexible, solution focussed approach to working. A valid driving licence or reliable transport would be advantageous due to the location of this role. In return, we can offer up to 6% matched pension contributions and 22 days annual leave. The role is based at CK Assessment and Training Ltd, Nazeing, Essex.
