The Deputy Manager will be responsible for: Supporting the Registered Manager to Maintain CQC standards and compliance Line managing a team of Reablement Workers and Assessment and Review Officers Supporting staff to maintain high quality standards of care and support through day to day observations, supervisions and 1:1’s Developing the knowledge, competence and skills of staff The completion of audits and service development changes to ensure outstanding service delivery. Induction of new starters – familiarising staff with company policies, procedures and standards. Completing assessments, identify risks and write support plans for individuals who use the service Liaising with individuals who use the service and families/carers/ professionals Ideally the post holder should have a level 5 qualification. This is beneficial, however not essential as full training will be provided, and have extensive experience working within the Health and Social Care sector. There may be an expectation for the Deputy Manager to work a shift pattern, in order to meet the requirements of the role.
