Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy or equivalent Registered as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist of the Register of the relative Therapists Board Possess a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the relative Therapists Board of Hong Kong 3 year supervision & practical experience for Occupational Therapist II, Physiotherapist II Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Major Responsibilities: Supervise the Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapist Assistant Implementation & monitoring the relevant department Organize and develop programs for elderly clients, including groups and mass programs especially for demented residents; Develop and plan trainings for staff and volunteer Work together with other home staff to develop individual care plan for elderly clients.
