For our team in the department Patent & Contracts we are looking for a qualified Legal Counsel (m/f/d) with focus on contract law – Pharma. Your tasks: Your assignment will include the preparation and revision of internal company contract templates - in German and English - considering current laws and jurisdiction. Focused on the pharmaceutical sector, you will provide support in the drafting, review and administration of contracts. You will also afford support within the field of IP law issues. You will support and advise the departments of the business unit in all legal issues relating to contract law, both in a national and international context. Moreover, you support in due diligence processes within the Business-Unit Pharma. In this context, you will prepare legal opinions, risk assessments and decision recommendations. At the same time, you act as a central contact person for internal and external partners, public institutions and opposing lawyers. You will support your colleagues of the department Patents & Contracts in defining, creating and implementing processes for contract preparation and contract management, as well as in implementing a new contract database solution. Your profile: You have successfully completed two state law examinations. In previous positions, within the pharmaceutical industry, you have already gained knowledge and professional experience in the field of international contract and licensing law. In addition, you have a structured as well as diligent procedure and you are open for new challenges. You offer readiness to familiarize yourself with changing subject areas. External partners and stakeholders respect you as a competent contact person, as you have a confident and service-oriented appearance with a high degree of decision-making reliability. Within the team you act as an open and communicative contact person. You enjoy accompanying projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Business fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
