As a Support Worker you will be working with a variety of individuals to enable them to participate in meaningful activities in the community, support with daily personal care and household tasks to help them achieve maximum independence. We're looking for people with the following skills: We are looking for new and experienced Support Workers to work with a range of people we support to have greater independence and quality of life in their own homes. Empathy for others and the genuine desire to help people Strong communication skills A positive attitude towards personal learning and development of new skills Previous experience would be preferred but is not necessary as full training is provided Full driver licence and reliable transport Ability to work alternative weekends is a requirement for this position Legally entitled to work in New Zealand and able to complete satisfactory police checks Working for us: As a company we are committed to our employees.
