Responsibilities Partner with customers to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy Research into client’s company, competitors and market place Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels viz job portals, social media , networking & through cold calling Assess candidates to ensure job description match, cultural fit and compatibility Conduct detailed telephonic, skype or face to face interviews & follow-up references Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process to its completion Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and on boarding process Network and build long-lasting client relationships Research and develop recruiting leads. Requirements Proven working experience & deep understanding in recruiting Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Criteria for applying Female and Male applicants with minimum graduate degree in the age bracket of 21-35 yrs may apply Prior experience in Non IT and IT recruitment is essential Should possess excellent English communication ability Freshers can also apply.
