This position is located in our New York, NY office. Job Overview: The Marketing Intern will support the Medical Marketing Audience Engagement team by assisting with audience research, social media analytics and publishing, and email support to support all Haymarket Medical Network sites and myCME. This eight-week summer internship program will run from June 15 to August 7, 2020. This is a paid, full-time internship and is not for college credit. Responsibilities: Assist with marketing campaigns to ensure achievement of participation goals for each initiative, including: Research medical audiences, particularly MD/DO specialists, to discover where they are online and what they care about Segment audiences in Maropost, Haymarket’s ESP, and Lytics, Haymarket’s CDP, for use in campaigns Assist with the preparation of social media analytics reports for all 18 brands Assist with final-stage publishing of social content for Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn Research the viability of an Instagram for Haymarket Medical Network’s dermatology brand, Dermatology Advisor Analyze keywords to assist in refining targeting for Google AdWords Write copy for promotional emails Skills and Requirements: Rising Junior or Senior preferred; candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Strong attention to detail Self-starter who can multi-task and take ownership of projects Ability to collaborate and work alongside a variety of colleagues Experience managing brand, organization or community social profiles preferred.
