Are you an energetic business support manager looking to join a dynamic team? A fantastic opportunity is available for an exceptional Business Support Manager for a 12 month contract covering maternity leave. As Business Support Manager, you will be an integral part of our studio and a go-to person for a range of functions. Your primary role will be supporting the leadership group in areas of general administration from diary management, travel, maintenance and the day to day management and operations of the studio. You will manage a small team as well as being the main point of contact for the studio. About you You will have five to eight years’ experience in an operational or administration role, preferably within the professional services or corporate environment and with an ability to work across a number of functions. The position aligns to a person who responds positively to a consistent workload and multiple project deadlines and who has the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the business. Being proactive and enthusiastic in performing a multitude of tasks is a must. Required skills and experience You will need to demonstrate: _Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance _Strong communication skills both written and verbal _Strong management and organisational skills _Ability to take initiative and be proactive _Being flexible and adapt to a fast paced environment _Skills in Adobe Indesign and Microsoft suites particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Why Hassell?
