Customer Service Administrator Harvey McQueen are recruiting for customer service administrator to join one of our clients. This role is located in Bolton. For this role you will serve as an initial point of contact for customers, and responding to enquiries. Our Clients are a fast growing company that is a lifestyle brand for strong women. Our clients provide a vast range of Gym wear, supplements and accessories all across the world, with the constant development of new products. Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries, providing advice and recommending the best product/solution over e-mail Adapt to new systems quickly Learn the product range and services on offer from the company Pick up e-mails and respond in a timely manner Update in house systems Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers Pay Benefits and Hours of work Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Salary £8.21 per hour Excellent working conditions Free Parking. Requirements Office based background IT and computer literate Strong communication skills Able to learn products quickly Confidence and bags of energy Can do attitude
