We are currently in search of an Accounting/Financial Analyst. You can sit in either West Greenwich, RI. This is a Month contract role. An Accounting/Financial Analyst who has good experience with SAP knowledge is preferred. Job Requirements: Creation of new project templates 2nd level approver in PPM to ensure the correct template is being used for the project being requested. Periodic Audits - Review projects being created out of PPM and ensure they are correctly setup in SAP (template versus type of project). WIP Review and Updates Project Closures –monthly review of all projects in TECO status (excluding maintenance projects). Monitoring of SDI/CAs against projects – these are then monitored for invoicing. Monitor Work Centers and resolve inaccuracies Accounting Sync-up Meetings Intercompany invoicing – assist accounting with obtaining backup of expenses (labor and T&E) in order to invoice the subsidiary. Property Club ID Assignments - A property club ID is required for all new patron installs. Settlement Issues – assist with correcting settlement issues being seen by accounting. Modifications are normally needed to be made in the project so that the expenses will settle correctly.
