To ensure all parts are prepared in advance for collection after Picking list, web claims, reman parts, merchandise and DIMS is printed out To supply parts and ensure correct parts are given To prepare engine oil package for express service To ensure good housekeeping at spare parts office and warehouse To perform stock check on regular basis and assist on receiving parts arrival To assist on maintaining and monitoring special tools movement and condition To ensure parts department request back all engine oil containers and remark with customers' car plate number/punch hole on the engine oil containers To ensure all warranty defective parts are returned by technicians with daily checking and keep it in warranty store properly To ensure all warranty parts are properly tagged and packed as per MBM requirements and defective parts are sent to MBM warranty store Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Candidates MUST have Automotive experience/background, especially in parts warehouse operations Candidates must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM2,500.00 /month Experience: Spare parts operations: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
