About the role: The firm's IT M&A specialists play a key role in delivering complex M&A technology integration and separation projects, advising clients on maximizing the value and offsetting the risks of technology in M&A transactions. Responsibilities: Work on challenging M&A projects, either within a larger team or as an advisor on smaller engagements; Manage IT integrations and separations programmes; Support clients through complex M&A environments resulting from acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and restructuring; Provide insightful recommendations based on robust analysis across all aspects of IT; Work across several industries including primary focus areas of life sciences, financial services, and consumer products; Engage in and manage business development activities, marketing initiatives and practice development activities; Who we're looking for: Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in professional services / consulting within transactions Expertise to include due diligence, carve-out or integrations experience; or deep understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT function Broad range of IT experience including, infrastructure, applications, databases and networks Experience in assessing technology, IT processes, IT organizations and IT financials Fluency in English (German language skills highly desirable) This firm is a valued client of ours, and we have placed multiple people there who have spoken very highly of it.
