Senior Lead Developer, Technology Lead, Cloud Based Applications, APIs, Java, Shared Platform Architecture, Large Scale Systems Implementation, Payments Systems, FinTech, Corporate Banking My client, a leading global Corporate Bank, has a requirement for a Senior Lead Developer/Technical Lead with detailed skills gained in Agile environments to join a large-scale programme to re-build the firm’s core systems from the ground up and move towards real-time payments processing and integrated solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, allied to your excellent hands-on development skills, to a variety of distributed teams. You will take a lead role in the delivery of cutting-edge solutions in relation to cloud based applications, API Development, core systems development, enhancement and implementation. You will be responsible for driving Development strategy in multiple teams and regions and work closely with clients and product managers to build requirements and translate these into industry leading technical solutions. Desired Skills: Proven, sustained track record in Technology and Application Development leadership in large scale, enterprise environments Hands-on experience of building cloud-based, distributed and highly available applications Background in building large scale and highly available APIs Background working in heavily Agile environments Strong technology agnostic skills – experience in Java-based environments beneficial Proven ability to technically lead others, from junior individuals to large experienced teams Exceptional business and technology stakeholder management skills, gained across multiple teams, divisions and locations Background in Banking/Financial Services/FinTech firms with exposure to Payments Processing, Cash Management and Trade Finance highly regarded Benefits: Work from home opportunities Reference ID: ZR_263_JOB Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £130,000.00 to £160,000.00 /year
