Roles & Responsibilities Information Technology Officer Reporting to IT Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and operation of the organization’s information systems. He is expected to be the desktop expert, and will participate in development and enhancements projects of Haitong International Securities Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The Job: Provide first level support to end-users on infrastructure, desktop, printer and voice/video Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues Working knowledge of Windows 10 client and/or Windows 2012/2016 server platform Experience with IT Helpdesk and IT Asset management tool User account management (account creation, deletion, modification, password reset) Maintain complete documentation on all IT assets Participate in technology refresh and data center projects Requirements: Diploma holder in Information System, Computer Science or related disciplines ITIL certification preferred Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of PC/peripheral devices and application maintenance support Good understanding of information security Excellent interpersonal skills Minimum 3 years of working experience Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, including Putonghua (in order to liaise with Putonghua and Mandarin speaking associates)
